I am Andrell Ford a Healthcare Professional 

I started out in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant where I worked as a home health nurse aide for a few years. I decided to advance my career and became a Certified Medical Assistant. 

As a CMA I worked in a variety of labs, clinics, and the Naval hospital where I was able to gain the knowledge and skills to assist in patient care. After working and training externs on the job, I decided to become an instructor. As an Adjunct Healthcare Instructor, I've taught 100's of student in all aspects within medical programs. 

While teaching within the medical courses there was a big need for a CPR instructor. I became a CPR instructor because my students had to become CPR certified, and we had no one to conduct their training.

I have been in the healthcare field, including teaching, now over 20 years. In 2021, I decided to make this my personal business and have been very successful thus far!  I look forward to being one of your trainers.
